How do I determine my correct shirt size?
We recommend referring to our comprehensive size guide which includes measurements for collar, chest, and sleeve length. If you are between sizes, we suggest choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit, or visiting our Piccadilly arcade shop for a professional measurement.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our luxury shirts and accessories worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes.
What is your return policy for online orders?
We offer a 28-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging. Please note that bespoke, made-to-measure, and monogrammed shirts are non-refundable unless they are found to be faulty.
Can I have my shirt monogrammed?
Certainly. We offer a bespoke monogramming service for a small additional fee. You can choose your preferred initials, font style, and thread color during the ordering process on the product page.
How should I care for my Budd shirts?
To maintain the longevity of your shirts, we recommend washing them at 30-40 degrees Celsius and hanging them to air dry. Avoid tumble drying, as the high heat can damage the fine cotton fibers and cause shrinkage.
What is the difference between your Classic and Slim fits?
Our Classic fit offers a traditional, generous cut with pleats at the back for maximum comfort. Our Slim fit is more contemporary and contoured to the body, featuring a tapered waist and no back pleats for a sharper silhouette.
