At Budd Shirtmakers, we take immense pride in the quality of our craftsmanship; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unworn items within 28 days of receipt. Please ensure all items remain in their original packaging with all labels and tags intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Complete the Returns Form

  Locate the returns form included within your original delivery and specify whether you require a size exchange or a refund for each item.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments back into their original protective packaging and seal the box securely to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Attach the provided pre-paid return label to the outside of your parcel, ensuring any previous delivery barcodes are fully covered or removed.

• 4.
  Drop Off Your Parcel

  Take your package to your nearest authorized collection point and retain your proof of postage receipt until your refund has been processed.
